Learn how plants can solve garden problems
Plants do more than feed us and beautify our landscapes; they can solve problems, too.
Learn how during a free Zoom seminar, presented by the Yolo County master gardeners.
At 3 p.m. Thursday, July 24, “Plants as Problem Solvers” will outline how our green friends can help us tackle a wide range of landscape issues from poor drainage to too much sun. The one-hour workshop is part of the Yolo County Library’s UC Master Gardener Series.
“Join Yolo Master Gardener Janey Santos, UC Master Gardener, Yolo County, for a discussion on how to use plants to solve common problems in your garden such as drainage issues, soil erosion, limited access to water, sun transitions areas and more,” say the hosts.
No advance registration is necessary for this online class, but it is encouraged. Zoom link: https://ucanr.zoom.us/j/91944909114#success
